The Program Committee generates a program of presentations and activities to be held at each COSMET meeting. Locations of the meetings are usually planned nine months in advance of the meeting, normally in conjunction with a volunteer host company from within the COSMET membership.
The Agenda is planned in advance and contains input from members and outside organizations.
The committee, usually in conjunction with the host
company, makes arrangements for accommodation, transportation for field trips, meals, and audio/visual equipment.
